The purpose of the project "Ilmatar" - appearance on principle new cultural and tourist object on the basis of creation, spreading and operation of a myth about existence in Kareliya of an ancient trade of manufacturing and use of air balls.
In a basis of the project are art - stylistic and literary working out of the artist - designer Anatoliy Titov, created by him an exhibition - collection of decorative air balls and Legend about aeronautics in Kareliya. the embodiment of the project of imagination on themes ancient aeronautics can become the outstanding phenomenon of cultural life in all Northwest region. the nearest tasks on realization of the project "Ilmatar": creation of the central element of the project: a museum - mystification "Karelian aeronautics" and its mobile variant. creation of workshop on manufacture of the decorative air ships and souvenirs of production on themes ancient aeronautics.
