Vladimir Vasilev
Was born 26.11.1960 in Olenegorsk, Murmansk area. In 1984 has finished to the Leningrad mining institute. With 1984 lives and works in Kostomuksha on a mining-and-processing integrated works in an ecological service: the central laboratory of protection of an environment.
To draw of the beginnings per school years. Professionally was not trained anywhere. Since 1991 has taken a great interest in east philosophy. In 1993 has got acquainted with the books « The Doctrine of alive ethics» E.Rerih and creativity of the artists N.Rerih and S.Êerih. Their pictures also became examples for creativity of Vladimir Vasilev.
In painting Vladimir Vasilev two directions prevail: ezoterical and landscape.
The wife Inna(21.09.63) teaches. Is engaged in embroidery of pictures and Gobelin tapestries.
The daughter Veronika (26.02.89) draws and embroiders.
In 2000 at all three members of family the personal exhibitions were held.
In total Vladimir Vasilev more than 350 cloths are written which are in collections in Russia and abroad.
