It is the 13-th time by now that the лFestival of Camber Art╗ will be held in the small, agreeable and hospitable town of Kostomuksha surrounded by picturesque lakes and forests. And, according to the established tradition, the лSummer Music Academy╗ will be arranged within its frame-work. The goals of the Academy are as follows: - to give young talented musicians from Russia and other countries a chance to take lessons and consultations from outstanding Russian musicians and teachers; - to get to know masterpieces of the world classic music as well as the music of their contemporaries performed by guests and participants of the Festival; -finally,just to have an enjoyable holiday with youngsters of their age from various countries on banks of a lake or in a forest,to take part in a sports competition, or just to sit for a while around a bonfire.

Organizers of the Academy offer the students two alternatives for participation: ACTIVE and PASSIVE. Active alternative presupposes lessons (studies) and consultation in accordance with the program set for this or that age group. Passive alternative implies attendance of lessons and consultation without being directly involved in the teaching process. This alternative allows for a student of the лSummer Music Academy╗ to attend any lessons of his own choice but it does not imply his involvement into theprogram for individual and group studies.
Academy is conducted in specialities: Piano, Violin, cello, Vocal, Composition. The program of the Academy includes 4-5 lessons in speciality, consultations in solfeggio and subjects on history and theory, as well as the performance in the closing concert. Suggested repertoire requirements for each age group are given in the Supplement. Free-of-charge consultations for teachers of music schools for children and music colleges are arranged as well withing the framework of the Academy. Students of the Summer Music Academy are provided with: comfortable lodging , three meals a day, classrooms for studies.
Training requires payment. The cost of the Active Alternative (including charges for studies hotel, meals) is equal to $325 U.S.A. as per the Central Bank exchange rate. The cost of the Passive Alternative - $245 U.S.A. as per the Central Bank exchange rate.
The charge for a lesson is equal to:
    - witha speciality Master - $40 U.S.A. as per C.B.exchange rate,
    - with an assistant - $30 U.S.A. as per C.B. exchange rate,
